Business Development Manager

About the role

Our client is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand its client base in Hong Kong. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities and promoting a range of business solutions, including payroll, accounting, and corporate secretarial services.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition and achieve sales revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.
• Promote payroll outsourcing, HR outsourcing, and workforce solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, procurement stakeholders, and C‑level executives.
• Present tailored workforce solutions that address client challenges and support international expansion.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Collaborate with internal operations, legal, and service delivery teams for seamless onboarding.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of business development, sales, or account management experience.
• Proven experience selling EOR, PEO, payroll outsourcing, HR outsourcing, or workforce management solutions.
• Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of international hiring, workforce compliance, payroll processes, and employment solutions.
