Business Development & Partnerships – Asia (Remote, Hong Kong)

About the role

We are a proprietary digital‑asset trading firm seeking a mid‑level Business Development professional to expand our ecosystem across Asia. Based in Hong Kong but working fully remotely, you will partner with trading and leadership to grow market access and trading footprint throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new partnerships with exchanges, token issuers, prediction markets, funds and institutional trading counterparties across Asia.
• Map the regional crypto ecosystem, build relationships from first contact to long‑term collaboration.
• Act as the primary liaison for partners, delivering high‑quality service and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with the trading desk to align partner needs with our market‑making, principal trading, OTC derivatives and structured product capabilities.
• Provide market intelligence on pricing, product demand and competitive dynamics to inform strategy.
• Represent the firm at conferences, events and industry meetings throughout the region.

Required profile

• Prior experience at a market maker, proprietary trading firm or OTC desk.
• 3–6 years of partnership, relationship‑management or ecosystem experience within crypto.
• Work authorization for Hong Kong.
• Strong understanding of digital‑asset markets, including spot, derivatives and market structure.
• Existing network across the Asian crypto ecosystem (exchanges, projects, funds, trading firms).
