Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join Sofe Coffee, a fast‑growing startup focused on specialty coffee and sustainability. The role will act as the brand ambassador, generating new leads and building partnerships across the coffee and sustainability ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Sofe Coffee as an ambassador to promote the brand and its offerings.
• Generate leads and prospect through cold calling, social media, networking, events and other channels.
• Develop new business partnership opportunities related to coffee and sustainability.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for product launches, brand initiatives and collaborations.
• Monitor competition and market trends to expand product offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Relevant experience in the F&B or retail industry.
• Passion for coffee and sustainability.
• Innovative, hardworking and continuously seeks improvement.
• Self‑motivated team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work swiftly under pressure.
• Fluent spoken Cantonese and English.
