Business Immigration Consultant – Hong Kong

About the role

Fragomen Hong Kong is seeking a Business Immigration Consultant to manage inbound visa applications for corporate clients. You will work in a dynamic, global environment, providing end‑to‑end immigration support and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full Hong Kong inbound visa application process, from preparation to filing.
• Liaise with clients and the Immigration Department, track application status, and deliver timely updates.
• Conduct immigration research and gather information from multiple sources.
• Maintain an organized caseload, meet deadlines, and regularly review client pipelines.
• Update and manage case management systems and client files according to practice protocols.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience in immigration, client service support, project coordination or administration; Hong Kong immigration experience preferred.
• Strong time‑management, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese).
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
