Call Centre Customer Services Officer - Insurance (Up to $24k/mth)

About the role

This position is based in a busy call centre in Quarry Bay and focuses on outbound and inbound customer interactions for insurance policies. You will support policy servicing, verification, post‑sale checks and special campaigns while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for policy servicing, verification, post‑sale checks and campaign outreach.
• Explain basic policy details, answer enquiries and handle objections professionally.
• Log call outcomes accurately in the CRM system and escalate complex cases to relevant teams.
• Follow call scripts, maintain data confidentiality and meet daily targets and quality metrics.

Required profile

• High school graduate (Matriculated) or higher.
• 3–10 years of customer service experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Outbound call centre experience is a plus.
• Strong customer‑service mindset, detail‑oriented and able to follow guidelines accurately.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call‑logging systems.
• Fluent written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• English word processing speed of at least 30 wpm.
