Casual Enrolled Nurse – Child Care

About the role

Join Mother’s Choice as a Casual Enrolled Nurse delivering client‑centered nursing care to children living in residential and family settings. You will work within the Early Intervention Services (EIS) team, collaborating closely with Registered Nurses and allied health professionals to support vulnerable children and teenagers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe nursing care in line with individual care plans and clinical guidelines.
• Prepare, administer and store medication safely, following best practice.
• Assess children’s health needs, implement care plans and coordinate medical appointments.
• Maintain hygienic environments and ensure compliance with infection‑control standards.
• Document all care accurately in electronic systems according to EIS guidelines.
• Adhere to Social Welfare Department (SWD) and Inspectorate requirements.

Required profile

• Registered with the Hong Kong Nursing Board and holding a valid practising certificate.
• Experience in paediatrics or residential child‑care services preferred; minimum one year of experience with children is desirable, but fresh graduates with a strong interest are welcome.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Commitment to the safety and protection of children as a core value.
