Centre Manager – Office Operations & Growth

About the role

The Centre Manager will be the face of the Hong Kong office, responsible for driving occupancy, revenue and member satisfaction while ensuring smooth daily operations. Reporting to the General Manager, this role combines sales, operations, strategy and analytics to grow the business.

Key responsibilities

• Open the office with high occupancy and maintain full utilization.
• Manage office performance metrics: occupancy, revenue, profit, budget, and member satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Marketing to convert leads into members.
• Work with the Country General Manager on P&L analysis and reporting.
• Implement cost‑control measures and enforce operational rigor.
• Oversee all aspects of office operations, including member relations, finance, sales, marketing and events.
• Hire, coach and motivate the on‑site team, ensuring compliance with policies and local regulations.
• Design and optimise processes to enhance member experience and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Qualification from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong problem‑solving ability in uncertain conditions.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
