Client Advisor – Luxury Watch Boutique

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Client Advisor to join our luxury watch boutique. In this position you will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall boutique goals such as turnover, average receipt amount, product mix and transaction count.
• Provide high‑quality, personalized service to every customer, identifying needs and recommending suitable merchandise.
• Maintain boutique appearance, ensure product displays follow visual standards, and adhere to safety and security procedures.
• Develop thorough knowledge of the brand and its product range, and follow all authorization and reporting protocols.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in the luxury watch industry.
• Form 5 graduate with strong command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Self‑motivated, positive attitude, and professional selling techniques.
• Outgoing team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
