Client Manager - FINPRO

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Client Manager to join its FINPRO team, based in Hong Kong. The role manages a portfolio of global corporate clients and delivers insurance solutions using Marsh's client servicing model.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of global corporate clients, including insurance program renewals, new business and daily client inquiries
• Understand clients' risk exposure and deliver insurance solutions through the Marsh client servicing model
• Work closely with other business units to deliver a comprehensive solution to clients
• Interact regularly with clients, assist with coverage questions and program adjustments, and resolve account issues
• Own the profitability, budget and receivables of the assigned accounts
• Implement Marsh professional standards and guidelines

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in insurance, law, commerce or an equivalent discipline
• 5+ years of relevant experience in insurance brokerage, legal or financial services
• Strong client relationship management skills and a solution-focused approach
• Fluent English and Chinese

• PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
