About the role
The Client Program Manager (CPM) drives account‑level value creation for Maersk in Hong Kong, ensuring proactive solutions and regional service delivery that meet and exceed customer targets.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver and monitor customer KPIs, maintaining high NPS scores and avoiding negative feedback.
- Lead supply‑chain optimisation projects, cost‑reduction initiatives and productivity improvements for assigned accounts.
- Conduct regular customer reviews, support global account teams, and represent accounts during new business implementations.
- Develop and enforce global and regional SOPs/IOPs, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
- Manage and develop the operational team, including onboarding, training, performance management and recognition.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record in account management, supply‑chain optimisation, or logistics.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, matrix‑organised environment and influence decision‑makers.
