Client Services & QA Team Lead

About the role

Marvelsoft is looking for a Client Services & QA Team Lead to guide, mentor and support engineers and analysts who monitor, solve and prevent issues affecting the client experience. You will own the planning of testing cycles, maintain smooth code‑to‑production flows and ensure software stability for global banks and brokerages.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and support a team of engineers and analysts, conducting regular meetings, alignments and training sessions.
• Maintain and improve processes, tools and collaboration pipelines for the team.
• Plan and oversee automated testing cycles, CI/CD pipelines and system checkpoints.
• Ensure software stability and bullet‑proof delivery of trading and data‑analysis solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement of testing frameworks and address any bottlenecks in production.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in QA, software development or analyst roles.
• Hands‑on experience with automated testing and CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of basic software networking concepts.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a technical team.
