QA Engineer – Digital Human & LLM/Chatbot

About the role

Join a fast‑growing AI team to ensure the reliability of hyper‑realistic Digital Human and LLM‑driven chatbot solutions. You will combine manual exploratory testing with automation to verify software, cloud services and hardware integrations across kiosks, mobile apps and web interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full functional testing lifecycle, covering UI components, navigation flows and edge‑case scenarios.
• Validate end‑to‑end integration from physical user inputs on kiosks or web interfaces through cloud‑hosted AI layers back to display output.
• Test Speech‑to‑Text transcription accuracy and Text‑to‑Speech naturalness, including real‑time lip‑sync alignment.
• Design and execute test matrices for LLM conversational branches, multi‑language accuracy and low‑latency response.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for cloud APIs, communication pipelines and core software modules.
• Monitor cloud server metrics, system dashboards and alerts, triage incidents and coordinate escalations.
• Collaborate daily with AI, software and PMO teams to track bug resolution and meet release milestones.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of software testing experience, including functional and solution testing.
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into comprehensive manual and automated test cases.
• Experience testing multi‑tier solutions that involve cloud services, APIs and physical devices.
• Fluency in English and strong written and verbal communication in Cantonese or Mandarin.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and drive projects to completion.
• Team player thriving in a fast‑paced, Agile environment.
