Club Ambassador

About the role

The Club Ambassador will support the daily operations of the executive lounge at Kowloon Shangri‑La, delivering a smooth and personalized experience for guests in line with Shangri‑La’s high service standards. This role combines front‑office duties with concierge and secretarial support to ensure every guest feels valued.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized guest services, including concierge assistance and food & beverage support.
• Perform check‑ins and check‑outs for lounge guests.
• Handle mail, information requests, and airline reservations/confirmations.
• Deliver secretarial services such as document preparation and correspondence.
• Assist with any additional duties assigned by management to maintain lounge operations.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the service industry, preferably front office or airline operations.
• Self‑motivated, well‑organized team player.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese.
