Commercial Manager – Hong Kong & Macau

About the role

We are a fast‑growing e‑commerce logistics company based in Hong Kong, operating across Hong Kong, Macau and international trade lanes. The Commercial Manager will build and lead a sales team while staying close to the market and customers, driving revenue and gross profit.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and hold a small commercial team accountable for pipeline management, quotation quality, closing discipline and account retention.
• Own and manage rate cards for air, fulfilment, warehousing and last‑mile services.
• Review and approve quotations and commercial terms to protect yield/GP, challenging under‑priced deals.
• Lead RFQ/RFP/tender submissions, coordinating with Operations and Finance.
• Support complex and strategic deals, providing guidance on solution design, negotiations and closure.
• Monitor market trends, rates and competitor pricing to optimise commercial performance.
• Prepare and present commercial reports on revenue, GP, pipeline performance and account health.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or equivalent industry experience.
• Approximately 5 years in freight forwarding, e‑commerce logistics or 3PL, with some team‑leadership experience.
• Hands‑on experience in quoting, closing, retention, rate‑card management and tenders.
• Strong understanding of cross‑border logistics cost drivers.
• Good command of Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English.
• Occasional travel required.
