About the role
Join the dynamic culinary team at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong as a Commis specializing in Grissini for our Italian restaurant. You will work in a high‑end kitchen delivering consistent quality and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality food that reflects the outlet’s Italian concept, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Follow prescribed food preparation, cooking methods, portion sizes and garnishing standards.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and ensure food quality complies with ISO 22000 food‑safety standards.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene, food preparation and cooking procedures.
- Team‑player with good communication skills.
- Passion for building a career in an upscale kitchen environment.
Required skills
- Food safety compliance (ISO 22000).
