Community Liaison Officer

About the role

Noiseless Design Limited, a multidisciplinary design studio, is seeking an enthusiastic Community Liaison Officer to support its Sha Tin project. Based at the Community Liaison Centre, you will play a key role in delivering visitor experiences, coordinating events and community activities, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct centre tours and provide visitor guidance.
• Manage and arrange visit bookings and enquiries.
• Monitor, check and coordinate maintenance of centre equipment, computers and digital applications.
• Generate creative ideas to enhance visitor engagement and centre activities.
• Organise, coordinate and execute events, workshops and community activities.
• Support the day‑to‑day operation and administration of the centre.
• Liaise with stakeholders, visitors, contractors and service providers.
• Assist in preparing event materials, reports and operational documents.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in community engagement, event management, customer service, public relations, exhibitions, visitor centres or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Event Management, Journalism or related disciplines.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, proactive, positive, self‑motivated and resourceful.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Familiar with computer systems, mobile applications and digital platforms.
• Good organisational and coordination abilities; able to work independently and as part of a team.
