Community Sales Manager – FMCG

About the role

Steak King, Hong Kong’s leading direct‑to‑consumer gourmet food portal, is seeking a Community Sales Manager to build and nurture localized customer communities, drive brand loyalty and grow sales across the New Territories. The role will focus on direct‑to‑consumer and micro‑community channels, coordinating delivery operations and partnership programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead local outreach, brand activation and engagement initiatives to develop a loyal customer or reseller base, especially in the New Territories.
• Drive sales targets through localized retail and digital community channels, including setting up and managing WhatsApp and WeChat groups and community buying groups.
• Organise community delivery rounds, positioning company trucks at specific housing estates at scheduled times for order collection or purchase.
• Collaborate with SF Express to establish instant pick‑up points across their 120 Hong Kong locations.
• Partner with local distributors, key accounts and community leaders to expand distribution and product visibility.
• Gather consumer feedback and market trends from community interactions to refine marketing and sales approaches.
• Develop affiliate programmes with compatible businesses such as gyms, personal trainers and KOLs.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, trade marketing or community/account management; food‑industry experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin with strong negotiation and local market knowledge.
