About the role

Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay at JW Marriott Hong Kong. As a Concierge Assistant you will be the primary point of contact, ensuring a smooth, memorable experience from check‑in to check‑out while upholding Marriott’s “Wonderful Hospitality. Always.” standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process operational needs and complete daily reports related to guest services.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, providing local area highlights and personalized assistance.
• Assist with guest check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment, adhering to company policies and confidentiality standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 10 pounds without assistance while remaining on your feet for extended periods.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Commitment to uphold Marriott’s quality, uniform and appearance standards.
