Concierge – Front‑of‑House Hospitality Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a professional Concierge to deliver a warm, hospitality‑driven experience to visitors, guests, and senior stakeholders. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth front‑of‑house operations and supporting workplace experience initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, manage inquiries, answer calls and respond to email requests promptly and courteously.
• Handle visitor registration, badge issuance, and reporting while complying with security protocols.
• Escort and direct visitors, clients, and vendors to meeting rooms, event spaces, and other designated areas.
• Maintain a tidy, professional concierge and reception area at all times.
• Support employee engagement activities, internal communications, and corporate events.
• Monitor service requests, feedback and complaints to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Provide general administrative support such as meeting‑room coordination and ad‑hoc tasks.
• Identify opportunities to improve workplace hospitality standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Property Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, front‑office, guest relations, concierge services, or similar client‑facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage senior executives and visitors.
• Proactive problem‑solver who remains composed in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with visitor‑management and room‑booking systems.
