Consultant - Financial Services (FSI)

About the role

Sia, a global management consulting group founded in 1999, is looking for a Consultant for its Financial Services practice in Hong Kong. The team is growing and wants professionals who want to start or accelerate their career in insurance, asset management and operations. You will support programmes covering strategic and operational advisory for clients in these industries, working with teams of 2 to 5 consultants and drawing on the firm's global network.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in projects with leading insurance companies, asset managers and financial institutions.
• Contribute to the implementation and execution of clients' projects.
• Analyse data, formulate hypotheses and communicate with stakeholders to turn data into meaningful insights and solutions.
• Work closely with colleagues in other offices on cross-selling initiatives and share consulting best practices.
• Support the growth of the office through high-standard client delivery, content development and business development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Business, Engineering or Finance.
• 0 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in insurance companies, asset management firms, operational roles in financial services, or as a management consultant serving these sectors.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; business-level Cantonese and Mandarin is highly advantageous.
• Strong interest in management consulting, especially insurance operations, asset management processes and operational transformation.
