Consultant - Lifestyle & Consumer Goods

About the role

Sia, a global management consulting group founded in 1999, is looking for a Strategy & Transformation Consultant in Hong Kong to shape the future of luxury, FMCG and retail. You will work with senior business stakeholders from leading luxury brands, consumer brands, retailers and hospitality providers, covering corporate strategy, product, marketing, commerce and operations, supported by digital, data and AI capabilities. The role is multi-functional and operates in agile, multidisciplinary teams, often with exposure to C-level management.

Key responsibilities

• Work on strategic challenges such as brand positioning, portfolio strategy and go-to-market models
• Support transformation programmes including omnichannel strategy, pricing optimisation, category development, operating model redesign and digital transformation
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to deliver actionable insights
• Contribute to project framing, client interviews, benchmarking and the co-creation of recommendations

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy or a strategic role in a luxury, consumer goods or retail company; less experienced candidates may be considered for a more junior position
• Experience supporting clients in FMCG, luxury retail and/or hospitality, with an understanding of customer behaviour, brand positioning and commercial operations
• Strong analytical skills, good prioritisation and ability to switch between strategic vision and operational detail
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must; business proficiency in another Asian language is highly advantageous

Required skills

• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. GenAI, analytics, automation)
• Exposure to CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Adobe Campaign or similar) is ideal, including customer segmentation, loyalty programmes and CX initiatives
