Corporate Communications Director

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Communications Director to shape and amplify our brand across Hong Kong and international markets. You will lead the development of a group‑wide communications strategy that aligns with business objectives and reinforces our reputation as an innovative food‑service leader.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive communications and brand positioning plan, ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
• Lead external media relations, craft press releases, speeches, and manage media enquiries, interviews, and press events.
• Oversee internal communications, culture programs, and CEO‑level messaging to keep staff informed and aligned.
• Develop and maintain crisis communication frameworks, advising senior leadership on food‑safety, regulatory, and reputational risks.
• Drive ESG narrative, translate sustainability data into public reports, and manage related media inquiries.

Required profile

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or reputation management, preferably in consumer‑facing, hospitality or F&B sectors.
• Proven ability to create strategic communication plans and translate complex business issues into clear narratives.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills, calm under pressure, and experience working with C‑suite executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese; Cantonese and Putonghua highly preferred.
