Corporate Communications Senior Executive – North Asia

About the role

The Corporate Communications Senior Executive for North Asia will drive internal communications strategy across the region, creating engaging content and ensuring alignment between global, regional and market teams. Reporting to the Head of Communications, North Asia, this role is pivotal in fostering a connected employee community and supporting the brand’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit and curate internal content such as intranet articles, newsletters and leadership messages.
• Manage translation requests in partnership with global and market teams to ensure quality and consistency.
• Oversee internal communications platforms, driving adoption, usability and impact across North Asia.
• Partner with People & Organization and business units to communicate culture, transformation and business initiatives, and to develop engagement campaigns.
• Cascade global content, adapt it for regional specificity and ensure alignment with market teams.
• Represent the region in global editorial forums, facilitating two‑way communication.

Required profile

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Outstanding content development ability, adapting messages for different audiences, occasions and platforms.
• Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with global and local partners.
• Familiarity with digital and social media communication channels.
• Positive, proactive and solution‑oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, meticulous and able to facilitate cross‑functional initiatives.
