About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join an international law firm. The role involves supporting lawyers and listed companies with legal research, document drafting, and compliance activities. You will work independently on a variety of ad‑hoc projects assigned by senior partners.

Key responsibilities

Conduct legal research and analysis as directed by lawyers.
Perform verification and due‑diligence exercises.
Draft legal documents and agreements based on lawyer instructions.
Support listed companies with annual compliance processes and client communications.
Assist with various ad‑hoc projects assigned by partners and associates.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
Good knowledge of listed company compliance is a strong advantage.
Excellent written and spoken English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
