About the role
The Counter Service Officer / Manager (Teller) works at ICBC (Asia) retail outlets in Hong Kong, handling day‑to‑day transactions for customers. ICBC (Asia) operates 52 retail outlets across Hong Kong, including elite wealth management centres, providing a dynamic environment for banking professionals. The role combines front‑line service with promotion of bank products, ensuring a smooth and high‑quality banking experience.
Key responsibilities
- Perform a variety of customer transactions over the counter.
- Provide high‑quality service to customers.
- Promote bank products to customers at the counter.
Required profile
- Secondary education or above.
- No prior experience required for Counter Service Assistant positions.
- Minimum 1‑3 years of bank teller or counter service experience for Officer/Manager level.
- Pleasant and customer‑oriented attitude.
- Good command of Chinese and English.
