Courier Support Manager

About the role

The Courier Support Manager leads the delivery operations support team, turning logistics strategies into concrete action plans. This role ensures high compliance, quality service, and a positive experience for delivery personnel while driving operational efficiency through data and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the support team, set priorities, allocate resources, define KPIs and guide problem‑solving.
• Build and oversee compliance systems for delivery staff, handle violations, grievances and quality standards.
• Design lifecycle programs for delivery personnel covering training, communication, equipment and engagement initiatives.
• Identify operational pain points, lead continuous‑improvement projects and collaborate with product and tech teams to automate workflows.
• Coordinate with customer service, security, legal and other functions, leading emergency response and escalation handling.
• Partner with analytics to create data monitoring, pinpoint bottlenecks and align operations with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in logistics, operations or last‑mile delivery, with at least 2 years in team or project management.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans and achieve KPI targets.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
