About the role

Join the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort team as a Custodial Host, providing essential cleaning and sanitisation services to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests. This weekday part‑time position focuses on maintaining high hygiene standards across on‑stage areas, restrooms, and outdoor venues.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and sanitisation of on‑stage areas, including restrooms.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the resort, addressing any issues promptly.
• Clean up after parades and outdoor shows.
• Interact with guests, responding to enquiries and requests courteously.

Required profile

• Available to work Monday‑Friday on a part‑time basis.
• At least 18 years old.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, or Mandarin.
• Willingness to work at various resort locations, including outdoor areas.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting heavy items when needed.
• Strong guest‑service mindset, independent yet a team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.
