Customer Service Officer – Hospital Front Desk

About the role

The Customer Service Officer will manage admission registration, verify insurance documents for direct billing, and coordinate appointments. In addition, the officer will act as a hospital ambassador, greeting VIPs and providing high‑quality face‑to‑face service to patients and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Handle admission registration and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Verify insurance documents for direct billing and liaise with relevant departments to meet patient needs.
• Manage appointment bookings and respond to general enquiries by phone.
• Greet and escort VIPs and customers, delivering high‑quality face‑to‑face service and information about hospital facilities.
• Perform office administration tasks such as purchasing supplies, maintaining records, and general clerical duties.
• Rotate across different customer service units and work shifts as required.

Required profile

• Diploma in Health Management, Hospitality Management, or a related Customer Service discipline.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, medical insurance, or hospitality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, positive attitude, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
