Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join Ralph Lauren’s retail team as a Customer Service Representative, providing front‑line support to sales professionals and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our guests. You will handle transactions, assist with gift‑wrapping, and maintain accurate customer information throughout each visit.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales transactions using the store’s POS system and follow company payment policies.
• Assist customers with gift‑wrapping and packaging to ensure timely service.
• Maintain clear and organized cash‑wrap areas, checking merchandise for shipping or tailoring.
• Stock and replenish all necessary supplies (gift‑wrapping, packing, office, tags) for smooth operations.
• Open and close POS systems according to company guidelines and prepare daily deposits.
• Ensure accurate capture of customer information for every transaction.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of customer service or cashier experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized and able to multitask in a team environment.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers, co‑workers and management.
