Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Bilingual) – Remote

About the role

Wing is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join its remote team. You will handle English‑ and Mandarin‑speaking customers, providing support through calls, messages, and CRM tools while ensuring a smooth experience from inquiry to order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in English and Mandarin via phone, email, and instant messaging.
• Prepare and review estimates, product details, pricing, and order information.
• Send invoices, collect deposits, follow up on approvals, and coordinate scheduling.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update customer interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in B2C or B2B customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin (at least B2 level).
• Strong phone, email, and instant‑messaging communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• USB headset with noise‑cancellation.
• Webcam and a computer with ≥1.8 GHz processor and ≥4 GB RAM.
• Internet connection ≥25 Mbps (cable) with backup ≥10 Mbps.
• Familiarity with desktop‑sharing tools, cloud services, CRM and VoIP platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Calendar.
