Service Delivery Representative

About the role

As a Service Delivery Representative you will be the primary liaison between clients and our production teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely project delivery, and exceptional service. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to one year of customer‑service experience who thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, long‑term relationships.
• Coordinate daily project activities, manage timelines, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables meet quality and client standards.
• Facilitate clear communication across internal teams and manage handovers during shift transitions.
• Document all client communications accurately and relay information to relevant teams.
• Identify potential risks, issues, or delays early and escalate them appropriately.
• Maintain high accuracy, professionalism, and service quality in a fast‑paced environment.
• Support peak workloads, urgent requests, and time‑sensitive deliverables, including overnight and weekend shifts.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Resilient and adaptable, able to thrive under pressure.
• Willingness to work shift schedules, including overnight duties (shift allowance provided), weekends, and public holidays as needed.
