Customer Service Specialist – Fintech Payments

About the role

RedotPay is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to deliver high‑quality support for its crypto‑payment platform. You will interact with users via live chat and email, helping them navigate crypto and credit‑card services while ensuring a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, high‑quality customer support through live chat and email channels.
• Utilise the live‑chat bot to coordinate tasks and identify the most efficient solutions.
• Stay informed about crypto, credit‑card services and broader financial‑market trends.
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Gather customer feedback and relay insights to management.
• Identify and implement strategies to improve team productivity and service quality.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in any field.
• Relevant customer‑service experience, preferably with live‑chat support.
• Prior experience in financial services or a large call centre is a plus.
• Professional oral and written communication in English.
• Strong interest in technology and personal career development.
• Team‑player, self‑driven, and responsive to client requests.
• Willingness to work a 5‑day shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
