Graduate Consultant – Hong Kong

About the role

Join Protiviti as a Graduate Consultant in Hong Kong, working with leading global companies to solve complex business challenges across internal audit, technology, and risk & compliance domains.

Key responsibilities

• Assess organizational risks, governance structures, and internal controls through data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and operational reviews.
• Support clients in areas such as SOX compliance, business process improvement, cybersecurity, cloud transformation, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and managers on client sites, delivering hands‑on solutions and participating in implementation projects.

Required profile

• Final‑year university student with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, MIS).
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and strong command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Self‑motivated, analytical, and eager to learn with good leadership and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with data‑analytics tools such as Python, R, SQL, Power BI (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled audit techniques, cloud‑native AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex) and basic AI/ML concepts (preferred).
