Customer Services Officer – Insurance (Up to $24k/month)

About the role

The Customer Services Officer will join our insurance call centre in Quarry Bay, handling outbound policy servicing and post‑sale enquiries. You will be the voice of the company, ensuring customers receive accurate information while meeting daily performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for policy verification, post‑sale checks and special campaigns.
• Explain basic policy details, answer customer enquiries and manage objections professionally.
• Log call outcomes accurately in the CRM system and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
• Follow scripted guidelines, maintain data confidentiality and meet quality standards.
• Achieve daily call volume and quality targets as set by management.

Required profile

• High school graduate (Matriculated) or higher.
• 1–10 years of customer‑service experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong phone etiquette, detail‑orientation and ability to follow guidelines.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Basic computer literacy with at least 30 words per minute typing speed.

What we offer

• One‑year renewable fixed‑term contract.
• Competitive monthly remuneration up to $24,000.
• Structured shift schedule: Monday‑Friday and alternate Saturdays, 09:00‑19:00.
