Customer Services Officer – Insurance (Up to $24k/month)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Services Officer to handle insurance policy servicing through outbound calls and customer support. The role is based in Quarry Bay and involves daily interaction with policyholders in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for policy servicing, verification, post‑sale checks and special campaigns.
• Explain basic policy details, answer enquiries and handle objections professionally.
• Log call outcomes accurately and escalate complex cases to relevant teams.
• Follow call scripts, maintain data confidentiality and meet daily targets and quality standards.

Required profile

• High school graduate (Matriculated) or above.
• 1–10 years of customer service experience, preferably in insurance or financial services; outbound call centre experience is a plus.
• Strong customer‑service mindset, detail‑oriented and able to follow guidelines accurately.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with CRM or call‑logging systems.
• English word‑processing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
