Customer Services Representative – Call Centre

About the role

The Customer Services Representative will handle client enquiries across multiple channels for a leading international bank in Hong Kong. The role focuses on delivering accurate information, identifying cross‑selling opportunities, and supporting branch teams.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via omni‑channel platforms.
• Provide correct and timely information using bank systems and applications.
• Identify business opportunities and cross‑sell the bank’s products and services.
• Collaborate closely with branches, other departments, and teammates.
• Resolve minor complaints and perform simple administrative tasks.
• Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to products, systems, and workflows.
• Work shift duties as required.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education or higher.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in banking or investment.
• Well‑organized, punctual, polite, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Independent, customer‑oriented, patient, eager to learn, and committed to quality service.
• Passed IIQE and HKSI examinations are preferred.
