Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will ensure a seamless experience for our software customers by handling quotations, licensing, and order operations throughout the sales lifecycle. The role combines strong analytical abilities with a passion for solving complex customer challenges in a fast‑paced technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate software quotations and manage end‑to‑end order processing, including placement, credits, returns and vendor coordination via ERP systems and portals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Support, Finance) and external partners (OEMs, publishers) to guarantee smooth operations and exceptional customer experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on pricing, quotations and licensing, proactively resolving issues to achieve zero open concerns.
• Provide expert advice on software licensing and ensure compliance with publisher‑specific agreements.
• Support daily operational activities while identifying and driving process‑improvement opportunities.
• Assist in onboarding new publishers and deliver data insights to business and technical consulting teams.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional IT sales experience.
• Graduate or postgraduate education.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong critical‑thinking and decision‑making abilities.
• Creative problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all management levels.
