Cyber Security Engineer

About the role

Mox Bank is looking for a motivated Cyber Security Engineer to join its growing cybersecurity team. You will focus on security engineering, automation, and maintaining the tools that keep our platforms safe.

Key responsibilities

• Write and maintain automation scripts in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Support security tools within CI/CD pipelines, including SAST, DAST, secrets detection, and software composition analysis.
• Manage internal security tooling and infrastructure code using Git and standard source‑control practices.
• Gain foundational exposure to AWS concepts, IAM roles, infrastructure‑as‑code, and cloud security hygiene.
• Maintain documentation, dependencies, and automation solutions to ensure reliable production tooling.
• Leverage APIs, webhooks, and AI‑assisted techniques to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in security engineering or related fields.
• Strong motivation to learn and grow in DevSecOps and platform security.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior engineers and architecture leads.
