Data Custodian

About the role

We are looking for a Data Custodian to manage data extraction, transformation and quality across our global CRM platforms. The role supports investigations, data migration projects and daily monitoring to ensure accurate and timely information for business intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Perform data extraction and analysis from CRM systems for investigations and projects.
• Use ETL tools to extract, transform, load and verify data in production and testing environments.
• Support vendors in troubleshooting data quality issues, applying patches and creating SOPs (unmerge, deactivate, reactivate) for Global CRM, APAC CRM and local touchpoints.
• Build daily monitoring and reconciliation reports to detect data loss and issues across middleware, source and destination systems.
• Create business‑focused reports on CRM data quality, such as registration speed, merge, and active customer reports.
• Collaborate with project and support teams to schedule data synchronization for BI reporting (CASS, product, staff, customer data).

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a data analyst with strong SQL and ETL background.
• Solid experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com or Reltio.
• Retail industry experience is a plus.
