Demand Generation Representative

About the role

As a Demand Generation Representative you will lead growth initiatives for new and existing customers across Greater China and Hong Kong. You will drive cloud adoption by identifying, qualifying, and converting commercial opportunities through structured outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve pipeline and opportunity targets, including contact sourcing, outbound call volumes, discovery meetings, and qualified sales opportunities.
• Execute net‑new customer acquisition via account‑based sequences, multi‑touch campaigns, and rapid qualification of inbound leads.
• Conduct consultative discovery to map customer objectives, IT architecture, and migration readiness before handing off to account teams.
• Analyze territory whitespaces to expand product breadth and cloud consumption within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with sales leaders, solutions architects, and regional partners to deliver cohesive go‑to‑market strategies.
• Maintain clean CRM records and pipeline metrics in Salesforce and analytics tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in technology sales, business development, or demand generation.
• Proven track record of prospecting and pipeline generation across China and Hong Kong.
• Fluency in spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Enterprise CRM experience (Salesforce).
• Prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Boost.
