Demand Planner – 12‑Month Renewable Contract

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Demand Planner to join our team on a 12‑month renewable contract. The role will support demand planning, inventory management and reporting activities, working closely with sales and channel planning to drive business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support demand planning and inventory management processes, ensuring data accuracy.
• Prepare and deliver management reports, including competitor market intelligence.
• Conduct ROI analysis across the product portfolio and create presentations for the marketing team.
• Respond to ad‑hoc analytics and reporting requests from internal and external stakeholders in a time‑sensitive environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection policies.

Required profile

• Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in business operations, supply chain management, reporting or demand planning.
• Experience in D2C/e‑commerce and consumer electronics or technology sectors is a plus.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and data‑driven with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
