Demand Planner APAC

About the role

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a commercially‑minded Demand Planner to lead the rolling demand forecast for the Asia‑Pacific region. The role will translate market intelligence, sell‑in/out trends, promotional plans and new product launches into actionable forecasts that support commercial growth and product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Own the APAC demand forecast at market, channel, customer and SKU level.
• Build and maintain the regional statistical forecast in FuturMaster, incorporating demand drivers and market intelligence.
• Analyse sell‑in, sell‑through, inventory and market data to identify demand signals, risks and opportunities.
• Translate promotional calendars, price changes, assortment updates and commercial initiatives into forecast assumptions.
• Lead post‑launch reviews, reformulation forecasts, discontinuations and range changes.
• Assess demand impact from cannibalisation, product substitution, phasing and channel shifts.
• Facilitate monthly demand review meetings with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of demand planning or related supply‑chain experience, preferably in beauty or FMCG.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, able to challenge assumptions constructively.
• Commercially focused and collaborative, comfortable working across multiple APAC markets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in FuturMaster forecasting software.
