Digital Account Manager – Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

First Page is seeking a proactive Digital Account Manager who will also act as a Digital Marketing Specialist. You will be the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through digital strategies and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, consultative relationship with clients.
• Collaborate with execution teams to meet client deliverables.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports that educate clients on performance and recommend improvements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with weekly digital marketing developments and apply relevant insights.
• Promote a collaborative culture within the agency.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on account management experience.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and complex projects under strict timelines.
• Strong attention to detail, time‑management and multitasking skills.
• Prior experience in a media agency is preferred.
