Digital Core – Onsite IT Support Engineer

About the role

The Digital Core Onsite IT Support Engineer provides day‑to‑day technical assistance to internal users, ensuring that hardware, software and meeting‑room equipment operate smoothly. This role works on‑site to install, configure and troubleshoot a wide range of desktop technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware, operating systems and software applications.
• Resolve everyday workplace technology issues, including Microsoft Office, security, printing and meeting‑room equipment.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to diagnose and resolve network, server and infrastructure problems.
• Support IT asset, incident and change management processes.
• Document incidents, solutions and asset movements accurately.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering desktop support to internal users.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and clear communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, install operating systems and troubleshoot hardware on‑site.
• Good English reading, writing and speaking abilities.
• Familiarity with macOS and IT service‑management (ITSM) tools.
