Digital Manager

About the role

The Digital Manager will lead the development and implementation of the digital delivery strategy for the PDMC team, ensuring seamless integration of BIM, information management systems, and digital workflows across a complex, multi‑contract infrastructure programme in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the digital delivery strategy covering BIM coordination, Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms, information flows and workflow systems, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Enable multidisciplinary design coordination, review traceability, comment management and interface management across contracts and systems.
• Oversee integration between BIM and federated model environments, PMIS, project controls, document control and CDE platforms, and issue‑workflow management systems.
• Support data‑driven performance monitoring, progress tracking, design review turnaround metrics and interface issue tracking through dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Drive adoption of digital workflows to improve design review efficiency, multidisciplinary coordination and information quality.
• Coordinate with BIM Manager, PMIS Manager, Project Controls and other functional teams to align digital processes with delivery workflows.
• Maintain digital governance, including access controls, metadata standards, naming conventions and data quality compliance.
