Digital Marketing Manager – AI Education Growth

About the role

Sayo AI is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Manager to drive growth for its AI‑powered education products. You will own the end‑to‑end digital growth process, collaborating closely with product, sales and leadership teams to expand the business in Hong Kong and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth and digital marketing strategies across paid, organic, email, content and social channels.
• Build and optimise marketing funnels from awareness to conversion, including lead generation, trial activation and customer acquisition.
• Plan, run and analyse experiments on messaging, landing pages, campaigns and audience segments.
• Translate new product features into compelling market propositions and support product launches, webinars, competitions and school outreach.
• Explore new acquisition channels and scalable growth opportunities, creating repeatable playbooks for new markets.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in digital, growth or product marketing.
• Proven track record of owning campaigns and delivering measurable growth.
• Strong understanding of digital acquisition, conversion funnels and performance metrics.
• Comfortable working with data, making decisions based on results and iterating quickly.
• Interest in AI and its impact on education, with a startup mindset.
