About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing (SEO) Specialist to lead global lead generation for our private and business jet leasing, trading and charter brokering divisions. The role focuses on ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices and corporate flight departments, building and scaling highly targeted multi‑channel campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing keyword research, discovery and prioritisation aligned with user intent.
• Optimise landing pages, blog posts and site architecture with high‑intent keywords, meta tags and structured headers.
• Collaborate with editorial teams to ensure new content is SEO‑friendly and engaging.
• Perform regular competitive analyses to identify content gaps and backlink opportunities.
• Run comprehensive technical SEO audits, resolve crawlability, indexation and duplicate content issues.
• Improve Core Web Vitals, page load speed and mobile experience in partnership with developers.
• Implement schema markup and structured data to enhance rich‑snippet visibility.
• Develop white‑hat link‑building strategies, including outreach, digital PR and guest posting.
• Monitor organic performance with analytics tools, prepare KPI reports and adjust tactics based on algorithm updates.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in SEO for B2B or high‑value markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams such as content, development and sales.
