Digital Product Designer

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for daily 3D design, development, and execution of specific brands, creating original product sculpts used in engineering and tooling while retaining aesthetic quality.
• Apply innovative approaches and creative problem‑solving, identify product development issues, recommend solutions and implement them.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, model shops, and tooling vendors to maintain style consistency and ensure models are optimized for manufacturing requirements.
• Establish and adhere to precise tolerances and manufacturing constraints, contributing to engineering, design and product requirement definitions.
• Assume responsibility for project execution, meeting defined milestones, adhering to critical schedules and providing progress reports.
• Enhance vendor capabilities to support future projects and expand local talent resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in art or design (e.g., Computer Animation, Illustration, Game Art Design, Fine Art).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital sculpting, 3D modeling, art, or consumer‑goods product development.
• Robust understanding of anatomy and exceptional aesthetic and design sensibilities.
• Solid knowledge of plastics manufacturing, material drafting, engineering model development, and product safety and performance reliability.
• Strong project‑management and communication skills, with ability to work in a team environment and manage internal and external stakeholders.
