Digital Project Delivery Manager – Direct Business

About the role

FWD Group is looking for a motivated Digital Project Manager to accelerate the growth of its Direct business. You will enhance digital platform capabilities, lead transformation initiatives and ensure the delivery of high‑impact projects that strengthen FWD’s position as a leading direct‑to‑consumer insurance platform.

Key responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of digital platforms to boost customer experience and business performance.
• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, from initiation through implementation and post‑launch support.
• Collaborate with business units, technology teams and external vendors to meet timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Define project scope, timelines, implementation approaches and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise multiple initiatives based on strategic objectives and allocate resources efficiently.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues and change requests throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain proper governance, documentation and adherence to project management standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to align requirements with business goals and communicate progress.
• Develop operational procedures, project frameworks and delivery standards, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital project management, product management or e‑commerce platform delivery.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex digital transformation projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
