Director, Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Lee Kum Kee Sauce is seeking a Director of Human Resources Business Partner to lead its global corporate HRBP function. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will act as a trusted advisor to the Global Leadership Team, translating business priorities into people and organisational strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to provide forward‑looking people advice and develop capability plans aligned with business goals.
• Advise on organisation design, workforce planning, operating models, role clarity and critical capability requirements.
• Lead the people agenda for major change initiatives, anticipate organisational risks and propose practical solutions.
• Drive leadership and talent reviews, succession planning, and critical‑role pipelines in collaboration with Talent and other HR Centres of Excellence.
• Define and embed standards for stakeholder management, problem diagnosis, solution design and execution across the global HRBP function.
• Coach and develop the global HRBP team to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in HR business partnering at a senior or director level, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to translate strategic business objectives into actionable HR initiatives.
• Strong influencing and communication skills with senior executives.
• Demonstrated track record of leading organisational change and talent management programmes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and related analytics tools.
